Karma's Laws - Good Or Bad, She Is Always Around Us
Karma is derived from the word `kri' which means to do. The speech, thought and actions of a person is their karma and this karma which a person performs in their day to day life decides their future. It is not only the present karma which affects their future life but it is the karma of their past life which has an impact on their present life. In other words we can say that as we sow, so we reap. The happiness and the sorrow that we experience in life is the result of our karma. It is believed that the soul is immortal and the body is a temporary residence for the soul when it takes birth on this earth.
What is the law of karma?
The law of karma is the fact that a human being gets back in this world the same things that he has given to the world through his deeds and actions. It is a fact that nature returns to us the same thing that we give to her which means that our actions and deeds decide our future. But sometimes this factor does not apply .It does not mean that nature is partial and punishes only those whom she dislikes and rewards the person whom she likes. Here the law of karma plays a vital role. If a person’s deeds or action is not good in their present life yet they lead a very happy life does not mean that they will not be affected.
The law of rebirth states that the simple reason that the person was not affected might be that their karma in their previous life was so good that their present actions could not affect this life. But their soul will carry the burden of the present deeds which will affect their next birth. On many occasions we are quite surprised when we see a person who is following all the laws of nature and abiding by humanity suffering throughout their life. This surprises us, but if we delve deep into the matter we have realize that they are suffering for their karma of their previous birth.
Affinity between Nature and Karma
There is a deep affinity between Nature and the law of karma. It is nature’s theory that a person will get back whatever he gives to nature through his deeds and actions. The time of receiving may vary. This in one way relieves God of the blame that he is partial and rewards those people whom he likes and punishes them whom he dislikes. The whole receiving factor is in the hands of the person himself. If his deeds and actions are good he will lead a happy and fruitful life at present and build a life of happiness for the future, but if his deeds and actions go against the law of nature then he is sowing thorns on the path of his future life.Read more on absolutely free psychic readings

What is Karma?
'Karma' is an Eastern religious concept in contradistinction to 'faith' espoused by Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam), which view all human dramas as the will of God as opposed to present - and past - life actions. In Eastern beliefs, the karmic effects of all deeds are viewed as actively shaping past, present, and future experiences. The results or 'fruits' of actions are called karma-phala.

Bad Employer Karma- Don’t Let It Happen To You
10/28/2009
EATONTOWN, NJ (October 26, 2009) – When it comes to their staff, employers are in the driver seat right now. Employees will pretty much do anything within (and without) reason to keep their job and prove their dedication to the company. While business owners are justifiably focused most on their cash flow and revenue, they need to be cautious about taking advantage of their employee’s willingness to assist the company during the difficult economic climate. Snelling Staffing – The Wyckoff Group is urging employers to find the balance between pushing employees to their full potential and pushing their employees too far.“It’s not unreasonable to ask everyone to step up and help the company,” says Frank Wyckoff, President of Snelling Staffing – The Wyckoff Group. “However, when you couple the constant negative media coverage with consistent intense pressure from the boss, it takes a daunting blow to your employees’ attitudes.”
Wyckoff suggests that making the extra effort to remain positive, even during the most difficult of times, can really have a motivating effect on employees and inspire them to become more productive.
“It’s like that old cliché: ‘Whether you think you can or you think you can’t – you’re right.’ Give your employees the confidence that what they do makes a difference in your organization and you’ll see an effective worker,” says Wyckoff.
Wyckoff proposes that simple activities can boost morale without breaking the bank. He recently held a “Snelling Pep Rally” for his internal staff where he showed an inspirational video and held a fun trivia contest. Wyckoff relays the following feedback from an employee, “I just want to let you know that I thought the meeting was really fun and motivating. It lifted my spirits! It was a breath of fresh air…just what the team needed,” says Jennifer Kaminsky, a Staffing Manager for The Wyckoff Group.
Additionally, Wyckoff says that there are long-term consequences for burning your employees out. “Eventually the market will get to a point where employees are in the driver’s seat again. Bosses risk losing some great talent down the road because of harbored ill feelings from the present,” he adds.
Local businesses use Snelling Staffing to contract qualified people in a diverse range of positions, including Administrative, Clerical, Light Industrial, Accounting & Finance, Legal and Biopharmaceutical work. Businesses from almost every industry use Snelling to find talented and qualified employees for both temporary and career positions.
The Wyckoff Group consists of New Jersey offices in Eatontown, East Brunswick, Freehold and Lakewood as well as King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Brunswick, Georgia, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Peoria, Illionois.

FOUR LAWS OF KARMA
THE FOUR LAWS OF KARMA
- Domino GlobeResults are similar to the cause. Simply said, when I cause other people harm, I will harvest suffering myself. It is important to note here, that "positive" actions are defined as actions that have happiness as a result; "negative" actions are defined as actions that lead to suffering as a result.
- No results without a cause. As is obvious within science, things do not just appear out of nothing.
- 3. Once an action is done, the result is never lost. Similarly as above, things do not just disappear into nothing.
- Karma expands. Once we have an imprint of an action in our mind, it tends to be habit-forming. As is often said in wars for example, killing the first enemy is tough, but after a handful, one quickly loses count and it becomes "normal". Also psychology often stresses a similar point when e.g. explaining actions of adults from their childhood experiences.
